Acme Fire Extinguisher

    I have an old Acme fire extinguisher manufactured by Missouri Lamp and MFG Co I am looking to restore. Is there a way to date it (I didn't see a mfg date)? Also, the top is stuck on, is it safe to use WD-40 to remove it? Or any recommendations? IMG_20201108_124136_736.jpg
