Featured Bone? Horn? handle magnifying glass

    Picked this up at my local thrift for a 5 spot. came in it's own wood and glass case. Probably not very old. But sure it's worth more than I paid lol
    I was wondering what the handle was made of?

    Coloration like horn but texture like wood. Wood.
