Ceramic Apple Cookie Jar

    Red apple cookie jar, measures 9" tall and 9" wide. Bottom is stamped with the number 8270 and inside of lid with the number 8157. I have found a couple of others that sold on Ebay, but there was no maker identification.

    I think maybe Japan because of the numbers. Not in my cookie jar book.

    I have to agree with janetpjohn - I've never seen a USA jar marked this way.
