Elegant Glass Vase with Bird Etch

    This vase is in an upcoming auction. Would anyone know the maker and gold band etch? Looks Cambridge-ish to me. I haven't found the etch.

    This is shown in Webster's Wheeling Decorating Co book starting page 117 as D-53 Pheasant and Stump. Wheeling used blank glass and china from several companies for this decoration. It is not a Heisey decoration but Wheeling did use Heisey blanks for it.
