Felix the Cat Potty figure

Looking some help if anyone knows anything about this Felix Cat figure stands at 10.5 cms no marks to identify maker.

 

I was a huge fan of Felix the Cat when I was a kid, and I agree with Book: this isn't Felix.

THIS is Felix:

 

Japanese, or Czechoslovakia, I think.

 

That's not a Felix; it's more of a Japanese horny tomcat! He's "singing", and that's how males advertise availability. The painted on face indicates to me he's more likely Japanese than Czech.

 

Wasn't there a kitten who hung out with Felix?

 

It's not Inky or Winky.
His Nephews.

 

I'd say 1950s or 60s Japanese too. They made a lot of black lacquered cats.

 

It still seems very familiar to me...
Maybe it was in a Felix or another cartoon but in a.....watch for it.............

Looks a bit like Ooloo the cat, 1920s in the style of Bonzo the Dog character.

 

Sorry for not getting back but I have seen Felix with yellow and green eyes and in a lot of different finishes thought this might be him.

Checked ooloo the cat obt doent look like him but when I did a search for Felix some of them had green and yellow eyes and looks to have been done in many different styles.
