It’s thin paper over cardboard. I see traces of paint but the rest is very thin.

Well that looks like a Rhenish stoneware flask she's pouring his refreshments from, which suggests the scene could be German - he's got some sort of clogs on too but I don't think they are exclusively Dutch , so lets say Northern Europe somewhere, OK?

The horizon is less defined in yours compared to the print from Turkey and I think yours is painted over a different edition of the print, OR - the Turkish one is a poor painting of the subject AFTER the original print?

Wikipedia: Julien Dupré was a French painter. He was born in Paris on March 18, 1851 to Jean Dupré and Pauline Bouillié and began his adult life working in a lace shop in anticipation of entering his family's jewelry business.

How did Turkey get into the conversation? I'm confused.

Thanks, Kiko. I don't normally click on strange links so I did not see it.

I don't think so. I think it's what @kardinalisimo thought from the beginning, hand embellished print.

    Ahhhh:)

    No, wait...

People were making hand embellished prints in the 19th century?

I have not a clue as to when this was printed/embellished.
