hi guys. It’s wet and windy down here. Stuck inside so I’m picturing and researching.
I found this sold on Worthpoint as Carder Steuben. I would just like some other opinions as to whether or not I am on the right trail, please.

I hope everyone else is staying dry and healthy!

    Hi,

I just had someone on eBay suggest this is not Steuben but possibly Durand, Pairpoint or Sinclaire. Does anyone else want to weigh in? I
like it when someone helps me not get a negative on eBay. So many people would just let it fly. Thanks for any help

I looked in "The Glass of Frederick Carder" by Paul V Gardner. There are 58 pages of vase drawings, (Drawings either done by Carder himself or Mr. Gardner. I did not see your shape (specifically looking for the top flange). Doesn't mean it isn't there, could easily have missed it.

It doesn't resemble anything Durand made, they specialized in surface treatment, of which, yours has none. The vast majority of Sinclair wares were made by Steuben, I have little knowledge of Pairpoint's wares. I still think it's Carder's Steuben ware.

    Edit, Correct Typo.
