Roschützer or Roschuetzer, doesn't matter. Roschütz was a former village that had several porcelain companies. today it's part of Gera.
from the simplicity of the script I'd guess it is from the GDR era.

Your answer may be understood as talking about multiple factories. To clarify: there was only one factory in Roschütz; this had two regular proprietors (first Brandenstein, then Unger & Schilde) before it was in 1953 nationalized as VEB Porzellanwerk Roschütz. From 1968 onwards it was part of the VEB Porzellanfabrik Kahla combine.

Shown mark was indeed used during the GDR era, but only for a short period before the factory was actually nationalized (1949 - 1953). Unger & Schilde was a highly underrated company which earlier on played a vital role in the handling of surplus products by Ohme, Steinmann and Schlegelmilch, but that's a different matter.

it would be even better if it had a serch function.
and in general the desirability of German porcelain seems to be overrated when looking at France, England. this item here looks as if it was made for the Turkish kitsch-shop beside the kebap stand.

There are some entries that require you to be a member I think but I'm not a member and still get lots of good info.
