Help identifying my table

I purchased my table a little over a year ago with the intentions of fixing it up, but I'm having trouble identifying a maker/brand or anything that would give me a name. I did however find some numbers engraved on the legs, they are "725-44". Any help is appreciated :)

It looks like its Sheraton revival ,circa 1940s-50s. Good solid table, not particularly rare.

The kind of thing a nice middle class family would have in its dining room.

Bob was right, more Duncan Phyfe style. I sometimes get names confused! The metal support bar I can see is pretty much a dead giveaway its more modern. Plus, just the overall look of it.Older tables just look different,if that makes sense?

    Hi,
I agree that it is Duncan Phyfe 1940s/50s. My MIL has the same table only in solid cherry. Mine is earlier and has three legged supports instead of the two legged. I think they are beautiful pieces.

Any reason you need this? There were hundreds of makers of these tables. Pinning it to one will be nearly impossible.

Yes, looks like DP ca. 1950. They're often handsome and well-made, but there are so many around that the value is quite low. Plus, it seems that younger folks have jettisoned the formal dining experience for the most part, so demand is not likely to rise.

Just general curiosity really, nothing important

Here's another one IDing it as c. 1950 Duncan Phyfe dining table. Got my Mom and Dad's in my dining room right now -- they were married in 1951.
