Mid Century crystal lamp Nathan Lagin Co.

Hi all,
Is this called a boudoir lamp or is there another name for it?
I also can't seem to find much information on the company. Finding a few lamps but nothing in crystal like this. I'm thinking 1960's on this one?

More like 80s. I remember these, and the label looks straight out of 1985.

 

Yup, '80s sounds about right, and they were in about every department store. Can remember Mom receiving one as a gift, so the thing had to be displayed for a while - always figured they were just drilled bowls and vases turned upside down...

I can see how you both would think 80's.
But i do have meaning to my madness. It's obvious that the top shade holder has been replaced at some point.
But the original 60's cord and Gilbert inline switch scream 1960's to me.
