I found a bit of info on the artist. He is not the US abstract painter Arthur Sarkissian but an Armenian one who was working in the workshop of Hayrapetian in Teheran - Iran. Most of his painting I am finding online seems to be with Mid Eastern subject.
Just wanted to check if that is Golden Gate. If so, I guess the artist made a trip to US.
    Thanks

Yes, it is. Looking east from the Marin Headlands on the northwest side of the Bridge. Common place to take photos looking back at the city. Many a postcard, too. Any proof he was actually here, or could it have been painted from a photo or postcard?

I have not found a detailed info on the artist and no other paintings by him with American scenes. So, maybe this one is from a post card?

What is the date of the painting? I see missing buildings, or rather don't see them.

Makes sense. For one, the Transamerica building is missing. I googled it, it was completed in 72.
