Porcelain candlesticks? Tribal man & woman? Help ID please:)

    Maybe they are ceramic? IDK. I thought this would be fairly simple to research, but I am not having any luck. Are they candlesticks? The top of them are different sized. Who made them?, I was told they are probably from the 50's, but again don't know. Any help at all is greatly appreciated, thank you.:cat:

    I guess if people are calling them Blackamoors, that's what they're calling them. I wouldn't. Maybe Thai, Siamese, Oriental. The style is a type of Oriental-ism popular in the '50s and early '60s. They might be California pottery. They might not.
