    I thought this might be made by one of the Scandinavian glass companies, but I have had no luck finding anything like it on ebay or with Google searches.

    It is 10 3/8" across & is 2 5/8" to the side edge.

    Thanks for any & all opinions or advice!!! :kiss::kiss:

    This is a search for Pukeburg. Very similar but not the same.

    They are using the term "Shattered Glass"
    Can only imagine what you are going to get with those search words. Haven't tried it myself.

    Going to check a couple other companies.

    IIttala was the first one I thought of when I saw this bowl, but the bottoms of their bowls are like little chunks of ice. This one is like one large solid piece. :confused::confused::confused:

    I found it - I found it - I found it!!!!!! :woot::woot::woot::woot::woot:

    I was just about to give up on ever ID'ing this bowl & was going to put it with a bunch of other stuff I was going to take to a small auction house here in town. I decided to give it one more try. Lo & behold I found the exact match on ebay using the same key words I have used multiple times. Here is a link to a Hoya Round Snowflake bowl on Replacements. :D:D:D

    I had a couple of their wine bottle coasters last year. I had never heard of them before that & they still had their original stickers.

    This is an article about the company from 1986 when they started selling here in the US.

    The thing that kept me from giving up on this piece was the quality of the glass. I just knew it had to be good from the way the bottom is finished.

    LOL, I have and use a barware set made by Hoya that I got about 10 years ago. It's 6 single old fashions, an ice bucket with drip tray and tongs and it came in its original box, never used (original stickers). I bought it because it looked so much like Iitala to me and it wasn't as much money to buy! They make beautiful glass but it seems to me that they mimic other companies' designs.

    I love your bowl!!

    Many many years ago I found a Hoya piece ...I was lucky it was in a marked box !!! otherwise I would have gone crazy finding it--as all I could think of was Swedish glass when I saw it.:shame:
