Turquoise Carved Chinese Coin Pendant Necklace

    I don't think the stone is turquoise turquoise. Maybe something dyed? I see Magnesite is commonly used to make it resemble turquoise but its hardness is 3.5 - 4. This one is quite hard, maybe over 4. But it could have been stabilized.
    What do you think?
