Vintage aluminum pan strainer colander basket insert

Vintage aluminum pan strainer colander basket insert that I think is 630 and 1 1/2 Quarts based on my interpretation of the information I can make out on the back bottom. Dimensions are about 6 5/8" diameter x 3" tall with a 5 3/4" iron cast handle. I was wondering what to call this and if anyone can figure out the company name based on the stamped area of the center of the bottom. Looks like the company name ends with AL and the border around those 2 letters or the style of the handle might be a hint. Thought maybe AL could represent Regal.
