That was my initial thought, but with google, I was only finding cutters with rotating disks Now I found this with google lens https://www.leboncoin.fr/ad/accessoires_animaux/2939613138 Described as a curry comb
How funny. I had a really old pasta roller that it reminded me of. Like everything else, I call something like this a multi purpose tool.
The bug on the handle is symbol on Laguiole knives: https://www.maison-laguiole.com/cou.../31-lame-inox_12c27/54-abeille-abeille_forgee
I have had Lhaso Apso, Shih Tzu, Dohki Apso Dogs since I was a child. This looks just like dematting tools I've had and seen.
their flies don't have eye holes , and are seriously more intricate. and the name doesn't appear here...... so not Laguiole.

Ah, so in order to curry favour with your dog you groom him or her. I'm sure that'll work, it even works with my cat.
I'm familiar with curry combs for horses (which look very different) but didn't know they made them for dogs, too.
