Featured Japanese plate

    Good evening
    My 3rd plate of the day. I think this one may be Japanese. I am not sure what the central picture could be. Any information will be welcome.

    I think it says Kyoto Japan , April 21 , 1984 ...
    so ya , likely Japanese..

    The previous owner marked his collection by date and places bought...so yes it was bought in Japan.
