I guess, doesn't do a thing for me though. I don't wear any watches or jewelry of any kind so there that is. I don't like anything touching my skin like that, gives me the creeps.
Even in the army where wearing dog tags was mandatory, i would tuck the chain under my shirt collar & the tags between shirt & undershirt! No metal touching skin directly! ICKY!
