Featured Can you help me identify the brooch?

I know its not PC but I love seeing furs again . I think they are so beautiful and luxe !

 

IMHO, if they're vintage, no harm. Perhaps others disagree?

I’ve no issues with vintage fur. Won’t wear a new animal unless I’d eat it, so sheepskin or leather are fine. I do have quite a few faux furs. Many acrylics died for them.

 

Does anyone remember the rabbit fur craze of the 70s ?

 

I never owned any, but I remember it. I always preferred the whole rabbit hopping around.

 

Or in a nice dish of hasenpfeffer . No.I never had it I just remember it from Bugs Bunny .

 

I've eaten rabbit, but wasn't impressed.

 

Tastes like chicken, as they say.

I had fresh killed hare in Germany........ I was gamey ....

 

Just can't eat Thumper - or Babbi for that matter!

 

I've eaten Bambi. Taste like seconds.

 

Venison is very nice, like very lean beef with personality. Rabbit, not nice at all. Tried it once, which was once too often. I did like chicken, so to me rabbit is not like chicken.
I can't digest meat anymore, so I'm no threat to Thumper and Bambi.
