(Plated?) Tea Soons

Bought a few things online this week. And 1 of the 5 packages that came in today (and more will follow this week... ), included 4 spoons, that looked like this

And now look like this

I think they're silver plated, but didn't find any marks.
Any idea how old these could be, based on the design?

No idea where they got this info, but:
"Silver Plated, Made in France from 1900 - 1910."

 

Without proof we don't know.
