Old Chinese Kangxi? Plates

    I plan on buying these plates later today. Plates measure 8 1/2". The mark is hand done along with decoration. On the border you can see darker blue areas where artist had stopped and started. Google lens brings up similar Kangxi items. Any other opinions?

    Can you flip the mark? I could be wrong, but I think it's Japanese.

    We're probably getting the same Google results. There are a bunch of ebay listings for White Cloud Hall, but they aren't references.
