Featured Two Japanese 16” Chargers WOW……

    ..That’s WOW auctions.
    So about a week ago looking at online auctions I saw these two 16” Japanese chargers. So I just click an opening bit of $5, never expecting to win, but basically like a bookmarked to come back and see the results, as I am always interested in what these sell for, for similar are displayed in my home. Yes I could have just followed but I saw no harm in opening the bid. I wasn’t even planning to watch. Well late last night I see an email, you guess it, I WON.:eek: Two large 16” chargers for a pittance.

    found this online and was wondering if anyone had a membership to see if this sold for a much better price.

    Well that is extremely encouraging. Thank you for that link. Just wish they had a date as the Asian market has been a rollercoaster these last two decades.

    by the smudges on the backs i'd think japanese transferware, which don't sell as well i find

    but still a great price :woot:

    yes, I agree, but you would be surprised at the prices I have seen for them in the past.

    Great price but they are transfer printed and c1900-1920 and market is pretty flat at the moment.

    the whitfield auction one hasn't stated that but looks transfer as well, poor buyer :eek:

    thank you, I’m happy too. the auction had the crudest photos. I have them in hand now and appreciated them even more.
