    I think it's been a money box all it's life, 1880's ish English and a lovely box. I would love to refinish the wood and shine that brass, it would be a very special money box then.

    My husband is such a boy scout. He doesn't drink, smoke or swear. Someone has to take up the challenge. ;). (Although I don't smoke)

    It would be an empty box here. I'm allergic to tobacco, barely drink, and reserve cusswords for the rare occasion when I don't have another word that fits.
