    Agree with Debora.
    Judging from the style of frame, and matting, I would think from the 1960s or thereabouts.

    maybe even 80's !...or 90's with that double mat !

    I'd think 1960s too as that was a period when incorporating Asian design elements into home decor was popular but, of course, could be more recent. Nicely framed. Decorative value only.

    that outside mat is acid free...and doubled....I highly doubt that was popular back in the 60's..
