New kid on the block (actually I'm 68!!)

    Hello Folks,

    And thanks Peter for the welcome.

    I am a collector of mostly European Studio Pottery (plus the occasional piece of metal work -usually Asian).

    I have joined because I really want to identify some of the beautiful (and the more enigmatic) pieces that continue to elude me. It's like a challenge ... so I googled a question, and came upon this forum. So, I want to see if I can get any info from you ... and have some fun on the way by showing off some of the incredible objects found in the most unexpected places.

    So ... can I ask a question (no - not here ... but where do I post something - I do not see "start a new thread anywhere ... or maybe I'll just shut up, post this, and then see what I can do next ...
