Jamaica Half-Penny Stamp Help

Hi;

I cannot find this stamp anywhere. There was a link to one on ebay when I tried google image, but the link went nowhere.

The ones I found had Jamaica Postage, like the one to the right, and not Jamaica.

I tried one stamp website online and they said to try your local stamp collecting society.

Any ideas or do you know who could ID/value this stamp?

but it redirects to a ebay page with listed Jamaican stamps, and I didn't see this one.

 

Is it an actual stamp? Or was it cut out of a stationary wrapper?

 

If this is the answer, I'm enjoying the cheek of whoever it was that managed to send it through the post and get it cancelled. Or is it viable postage, but it was pre-printed on the wrapper for small items?

OP I guess you could inquire about selling it to an expert dealer and see what they say. These gents clearly specialize in this era and type but I don't see this (alleged lol) stamp in their offerings.
