Last ones from “The Box”

First thank you all for your patience and input, I have learned a lot, not on some of the level you all have but have to start somewhere.

The next two look similar to the bracelet and ring I posted.

 

Yes they are. Also from the SW US, likely Navajo and 1970s.
And another coral cabochon in need of some oil TLC.

 

Thanks again, what kind of oil would you use?

 

Olive oil is the oil of choice here in Europe, but I believe some American members have had problems with their olive oil.
I always use rice bran oil because it is very thin, so the stone can absorb it more easily.

 

Be careful with oil around turquoise, no matter what you use. It's porous and can turn undesirable colors if it gets oil, or hand lotion, on it.

 

Agree, use it on coral or amber only.
