Featured George Burns Comedian and Painter?

I have this small painting and the signature sure matches George Burns autograph. Has anyone ever seen a painting by George Burns? The gallery is out of business located in a wealthy area of Detroit. Any value estimates? Thanks

 

Might better be described as a sketch. This is the more likely to be a true George Burns signature than others that are floating about the internet. I don't see too much similarity.
