Delphite Blue Milk Glass Maker?

    I currently have this same dish (not my picture though), except each corner of lattice work on mine is solid whereas the one pictured has open-lattice corners. I am having the hardest time finding the maker and pattern name.
    I'm wondering if it's some sort of ashtray?!

    Fostoria Glass #2694 Arlington c1950s; this pattern was made with the corners filled in and also all openwork.

    Thank you so much. I had a feeling it was an ashtray. I was trying to upload pics, but they were too large. :) I appreciate the help!
