Featured Terceira Azores Tooled leather jewelry box age

This box came from my favorite thrift store. 7" wide.
It loos to have some age to it but how much I don't know.
On the lid "Tourada A Corda" The rope bullfight.
Box is in excellent condition, but no key..
Your thoughts.

Beautifully tooled leather. Don't like anything that deliberately stresses animals out, but the box is very well made.
My guess is 1970s, but let's wait for the others.

Thanks a bunch. my first thoughts were 60s or 70s.
in Tourada A Corda there is no harm to the Bulls. maybe a little stress. Much more harm to spectators.

 

Needless stress though.

It is their own choice to be there. Just like during the bull runs in Pamplona, Spain, on San Fermin.

 

If y'mess with a bull, ya gotta expect to take the horn!
