Small blue glass cup marked with doses

    Does anyone recognize the use for this? 1 1/2" tall. The open rim has numbers 1-12 and the base says "This cup holds a dose". When it's standing with the opening on top, the numbers are upside down.

    I'm selling this for someone else. She helped clean out a house and they gave her a bag of stuff. I have to wonder if the bottle was there too and she didn't realize it went together.
