Is this just for decor? Flower vase? At first I was thinking a holly water comport stand/holder in a church. Overall it stands 22cm tall, the base is 15cm wide. The thick cobalt blue glass
bowl stands 9cm tall and is 14cm wide at the top. The whole thing weighs about 2,5kg. Doesn’t look antique to me. But maybe vintage?
    Thanks for any comments

It's old enough to have a slotted flat-head screw holding the bits together...so perhaps first half 20th C?
Ground base on the cobalt cup, too...

You think so.. Well that’s interesting possibility then. Was wondering about that base, but had no clue regarding the screw. Many thanks for the helpful reply

It doesn't look like it's from a church; the designs aren't there. I bet there were two of them once.

An', since the pair were separated, one of them...twice!

Thanks for the comment. So a possibility part of a pair. Well that’s interesting. Do you also think antique?

I think it's older, but I'm not sure about antique. Quite.
