Hello! Maybe someone knows which factory this vase is from?
I have found a number of similar ones — Wallendorf, Vion et Bauri and some others, but they are all different.

Isnt that the one Scarlett threw when Ashley turned her down ? And Rhett whistled and said "Has the war started"? :)

If the orientation is correct on that website, it does look a bit like this French one that I assume might be Vion et Baury, because of the anchor mark. It might also be from a pair with each facing different directions. If you imagine it with a bit less painted decoration it could be about right.

As a teenager I read and re-read Gone With The Wind, then saw the movie when it finally returned to theaters. I don't remember the story line well anymore but Twelve Oaks was the neighbor's mansion and she thought she was in love with the son. I think she became engaged after being rebuffed. It was early on in the story I think.

This is the scene that I know for sure had my B-I-L's mom as an extra. She was a ballerina and dancer that did some work as an extra on films but slept on a bed in this scene. Vivien Leigh was so beautiful!

Thank you so much. I found Vion et Bauri, but I didn't find exactly this option with a covered Putty, like on a vase from the movie. Yes, I think that's them. Thanks)
