Help with Ottoman inscription please

I agree with Holly, it is Koftgari work. Koftgari is of Persian and Indo-Persian origin, not Ottoman.
That means we need a Persian or Urdu speaker for the text, if it isn't old or stylized script. @Ownedbybear , could one of your kind neighbours help?

 

Well, I have seen simillar horse shoes sold at auctions, and they were always described as Ottoman I bought it at flea market so I don't know its history

 

My parents had a pair of koftgari stirrups and the seller had told them they were Spanish Moorish.

 

I would love to find out the origins of this horse shoe I only looked online to compare it, the seller knew nothing about it.

 

Can you show a picture of the whole piece?
