So I've got this large stack of 1940's envelopes

We've come across a lot of about two hundred envelopes. They're all postmarked and dated from about 1942-1948. About ninety percent of them are addressed to the same person [across multiple addresses over time]. They're not first day covers, and I have no idea how to valuate them, or how to sell them. All together, individually, in small lots, or send to an [appropriate] auction house?
[recipient's name digitally removed from each envelope]

I'd separate stamps from no stamps....and then maybe by year....or design.
