Below are two videos of Isaac Newton's house. What style does the furniture in his house belong to, and was it considered luxurious(expensive) or rustic(cheap) for that time?

I would say that this represents an above-average level of home furnishing for the time. The average citizen would have had only a fraction of this furniture, and that of lesser quality.

What style does his furniture belong to?

(The question is whether it is really original furniture or was it brought into the house later, because today the house is a museum..)

I believe the museum web site says it's typical of the era. Stuart era.

They seem to have installed period-correct rush matting on the floors, and were those charcoal scribbles on the wall in the 5th pic down perhaps done by Newton ? Perhaps a recreation.

Like the rush matting on the floor and am intrigued by the little pencil/charcoal doodles in the 5th pic down (lft of desk).

As Debora said, according to the museum website it is typical of the era. So we can look at the period Isaac and his family lived there:

Isaac Newton's father bought Woolsthorpe Manor in 1623. Isaac was born there in January 1643 (after the death of his father) and lived there until his mother remarried in 1646.
That means your time frame is 1623-1646, which is during the reign of Charles I.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

So that would be Carolean period, according to web search.

Yes, it would, because he was a Charles, Carolus in Latin.
