I have searched and found nothing. Also, I think it is hand-painted, and I know it was made in Italy. Thanks in advance!

I found a Russian tableware supplier that has LCS products for sale. A translation from their page states, "LCS is a young, dynamically developing Italian company from Florence, producing a variety of ceramic dishes and products for decorating the interior.
LCS uses both classic and modern trends in its designs.
A high standard of products is ensured by combining high-tech production and the use of hand-made professional designers and artists working in the factory."

Other than this Russian site and a few items on Etsy I can't find anything about the company.
