Rococo/chinoiserie vegetable tureen

    Odd mix I know. Another grab from the market a few weeks ago. I've bought so much stuff recently I forgot that this existed.

    It's 18cm long from handle to handle. There is a 'C' painted on the inside of the lid in over glaze yellow. Other than that, no thing.

    Staffordshire bone china c1850 maybe (ironstone if not translucent). I doubt that you will identify the factory. Might be a large sugar bowl.

    Thanks. I have a similar one which I suspect is by cauldon. I doubt this is though. Not even sure why I bought them as it's unlikely anyone has a matching set. Very niche..
