Featured Charles Schneider Wrought Iron Marbled Glass

    IMG_6609.jpeg IMG_6610.jpeg IMG_6611.jpeg IMG_6612.jpeg IMG_6613.jpeg Just picked up this Charles Schneider glass this weekend, drove all the way to Connecticut from northern Jersey but totally worth it. Even better as a Halloween decoration.

    Sadly it’s really beat up, I have no idea how it’s still in one piece. I could only find one other example of this shape but plenty of other wrought iron ones:

    I found it from an estate auction on estatesales.net and used google lens to help find the other example. They missed the signature since they said it was “possibly Charles Schneider unsigned” in the description.

    Possibly my a**, apparently. I wouldn't know his work from whatever, but how did they miss a legit white whale?

    Honestly, I have no idea how they missed it. Maybe they didn’t have the right lighting?

    Heck, if I can see it from here???? Bad lighting would explain it. Even those of us looking can't see in the dark.
