I thought I read Lalique at first, but what the heck for 5 it was worth it
    8 1/2" tall
Signed by Joseph morel 1/1986. Him and his wife started the studio in 1980.
Almost 40 and it is in excellent condition.

It looks like it's being modest.

Ah, when I was 40, I was in excellent condition too (or at least pretty good). Let's hope this continues to be in excellent condition long after mere mortals deteriorate.

    Beautiful!

WHen glass is done, it's done. Humans run with accumulating errors. The glass has better odds.

Spot-on Browen. I'll add my immediate impression-it's elegant but also coquettish-like a very artistic 'Fan Dancer' !
PS-Really lovely piece Mikey, reminds me of the simple elegance one sees in restrained classically oriented French Deco (redux 1986).

I purchased a Zellique small Crystal Bird with a Floating Red Heart inside it back in 2020 right before the pandy hit us. It came with a Fenton Crystal Bear figurine. I paid $4 for both and sold the Zellique for $19.99 on ebay. The Fenton bear I placed in my mall space and it promptly disappeared without payment. The Zellique bird was my first and only piece of their art glass and I'd never heard of it before. Their items are cleverly made and seem to be popular.

Your vase is awesome! If you put it on ebay, I think it would help the sale if you point out the modesty angle which I didn't really notice until Bronwen pointed it out. It makes it more special IMO.

While sitting in my eye doctor's waiting area, I overheard an older woman tell the woman next to her how she refers to her accumulating errors as "patches". She tells her doctors, Just Put a Patch on it. She said she and her husband have many patches. I thought that was a cute and funny way to look at it.
