This piece has a number on back left corner. Gal 16289 Bsy 6 - and the name M. Crider on the right backside corner. Not finding any with this deep grey

There are a lot of these Don Quixote prints around. This one I found is a signed lithograph. The auction house would probably need to see your print in the flesh to confirm it is genuine.

Thank you for the replies. I have noticed in the image I have that it does have som differences. In the sun there is no space as the others have a dot. Also some others have 4 blades on the smaller windmill all the way to the right

This image has been reproduced literally millions of times. Chances of it being an "original" print are slim to none.

I didn’t ask what the name was. Did you read what I wrote I clearly stated that the Name M. Crider is on the back left corner. I nowhere asked what it said or a opinion of it

picasso and what could have been a catalan only translatable inscription on the back. sorry that i thought that was a funny coincidence. could have been good for you.
the wow opinion of quality was of the seaman. sorry if i didn't see in it what you did. maybe its a famous catalan bell.

So the wow is you think the seaman painting is good or bad? I picked that painting along with the Picasso for a certain reason

if i had to have an opinion i would say that someone overpainted something because the road does not go with the rest.

Jivvy the research is my favorite

Confirmation of what? What, exactly, did they say you have?

And if you trust their judgment, what, exactly, are you asking for here?

Agree. It is always best to share what you already know or have been told, if you want us to help you. You don't have to divulge the name of the auction house if you don't want to, but information is, well information.;) There must be a reason why you want a second opinion though.

I’m just asking a opinion of the art not what it says. If someone says reproduction silkscreen lithograph drawing painting that’s fine. I’m just wondering if I should have this looked at in person. I do know it is paint on paper just not sure how it was done. I do know it is not a lithograph. Thanks

komokwa The Truth is out there...!

I suggest you offer it to them for their next auction !
I'm sure they will want it , & it will sell well....even though it is not signed and has been damaged by the acid in the mat & sitting in the sun for too long !
    Good luck ..:):)
