Charles Magnus - Birds Eye View of Alexandria (1863 - Civil War scene)

Latest purchase of mine. Anyone want to help me determine if this is a modern reproduction or an original 1863 Charles Magnus litho?

The title in hand-writing throws me off a bit as it differs from every other version of this one I can find.

 

The script looks newer to me Sindre, but we'd need a super closeup of the print to even guess.

I played with contrast a bit to try and bring some details out and the sheet looks like it could have some ago to me AND it looks hand colored to me due to the uneven strokes and edges towards the top.

Close up. But I can't understand why the outer lines are somewhat sloppy or loose up top but down at the bottom they are very crisp.
