Featured The Complete Snow White Cameo Necklace

We love our Disney stuff. But, we have so much it can't all be displayed. That's on top of all the things she does display. I have a 5 tier barrister bookcase, filled with Figment pieces, and a shelf for The Haunted Mansion. It's just too much. It's funny how people go nuts over those tickets. We have so many different ones from the 90s till the got to the point where it's 99% magic bands. They are actually pretty good.

 

I found a modern Figment this summer. Gave him away to a friend who needs a purple dinosaur. I don't "do" Disney much, but do have a few odds and ends.

 

Incolay Studios got started in the mid-1960s by a California couple. Products, made in the USA, were labeled Genuine Incolay Stone, although the 'stone' was a polymer invented by the husband & colored in another proprietary process. They made beautiful, yet durable, things, including many styles of boxes. Their success led to competitors such as Coralay, Marlestone & your Cameonyx.

She LOVED it. She also loved the ink well cameo thingy. But, her jaw dropped at the necklace. It was extra special becuase of the 7 Dwarfs box.

It was funny because she was in awe of the ink well piece. Then she opened the seven dwarfs, and loved the box. But, why would the box trump the 19th century ink well? Then she opened the box and found out. It was great. I love surprising her. It's the one thing I'm good at.

The cameo maker sent me this photo today of the next one, it's for her birthday. We'll be on the Disney Destiny ship for that. This one has an old fashioned feel to it.

 

I feel like we were all in the background yelling, Surprise!

Is the Magic Kingdom also to be set as jewellery?
