It's in rough shape. Extra points if you can make out the monogram. I can't. IMG_4079.JPG IMG_4086.JPG IMG_4088.JPG

I see a T on the left, a C on the right, & a whole bunch of other lines that may or may not be letters in between & intertwined. Monograms like this are the devil's work, meant to ensnare.

    As for age...
In a nutshell, FB Rogers was sold and moved from Shelburne Falls to Taunton in 1886 but then operated under the name West Silver Co for a few years. It sold again and returned to the FB Rogers name in 1904. Therefore, it seems your piece must be post-1904 but pre-1955 when it became a division of the International Silver Company.
Also, "quadruple" plate was apparently most popularly used in the late 1800s-1920s.

Following your colored lines around (thanks for doing that) I now think that could be a J on the left, a very common first initial. I still see a C on the right. And a T as the central letter, for the last name. The curves/curlicues in between just don't resolve into letters for me. I should mention that I am spectacularly bad at deciphering monograms. Chi rho is about my limit.

I see the HCH. I think the #3312 is only the model number to it being a baby cup. I was hoping maybe someone had a date code for F.B Rogers.

I see HCH too. Definitely a baby cup. I've found a few that were badly dented by being thrown by a baby having a good time throwing things. I'd have figured it for circa 1900 from the style alone.

Each color represents a single letter:
Orange H... green C...purple H. Each letter has lots of curlicues!

To the best of my knowledge, F.B. Rogers didn't use date codes.
