Authentic Antique Cloisonne?

Hi! I came across this recently and wanted to see if this is any sort of antique or authentic cloisonne? Any info helps, thanks!

 

From another forum, where someone posted 2 identical items:

It is authentic Chinese cloisonné, but not antique. I would say 1970s-80s and very decorative.

The wirework on OP's birds is slightly better than on the birds on the other forum, but they are in the same age bracket.

Thanks Debora. I thought I spotted some damage.
The two plates that form the wing seem to have come apart on one. I'm not entirely sure though.

 

It looks to have been made that way. The enamel covers the gap in places. So just a bit sloppy:
