I can't work out the age of this plant stand.
The timber is quite light it's not a hardwood which to me indicates possibly younger.
The base to me looks like 1920s 30s style.
The wear looks like similar dark furniture that I have that was 1920s. Ie this has been around for enough time to get some decent wear on it.
    Any ideas?
I'm not too bothered about the age because I just thought it was cool and it didn't cost me much. But i like to know the dates of things
    Thanks

I’d call it a little earlier, ca. 1910.

Looks older to me as well. What a fabulous find!

Is that red section on the bottom the remant of a label? If yes, anything you can make out.

    Love this piece.

It's the remnants of something that is a crumbling celluloid film. Not sure celluloid is the right word. But yeah kind of filmy and kind of plasticky. Nothing to be made out at all.

That gown would be a hit at the Oscars. Wonderful piece.

In the frontal view she has a strap running cross body. Does it attach to anything on the back? I'm used to seeing a quiver on the back when there is a strap like this on the front. Could we have a pic of the full back?

I don't think it's a strap is just part of her dress.
I can't see any evidence of a missing item on the back.
    Here's the back

    @Bronwen @Boland @Lucille.b
It turns out this is a label on the bottom anyone know what it's saying I think it seems to be saying Peerless furniture company grand rapids Michigan.
Does the label help with dating?

Beeswax made it look really nice

Using Google image search and Gemini this does appear to be 1915-1920. Found one example the same and others that had quite similar features on the base or the way the dress went under the feet (to give more mass at the join point)
Also this is the sort of stuff the company made
Also typeface on the label checks out.

All this time I thought it was just brown packing tape residue not a label. That was the same year I finally first got reading glasses lol

I didn't realise it was a label. So happy that it's early 20th century not later. That was my gut feeling about age originally
