1945 An Angel Comes to Brooklyn original movie poster - only one?

I found this at my local thrift store today - it's a movie poster for the 1945 movie 'An Angel In Brooklyn '.
The first thing I did was measure ut & sure enough it measures 27" x 41" - the size of one sheets (movie posters).
But when I searched for a price to decide if I should buy it, I couldn't find another full size poster & only 1 period - a insert poster.
Does it make it more valuable because they arent any others?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

It was a B film from Republic Pictures. Don't think scarcity would increase value.

I see alot of those posters for less known films. Though one would think they would be worth more, many times they are not, or at least not yet.

 

With posters it's all about demand in ratio to rarity. There are also ones that exist in the thousands and always bring decent money because the subject/film intrigues the public at large. As noted, yours is a rather unknown 'B' picture with actors largely lost to history. . . but it's a framed period piece that's framed ! If it was a 'Frankenstein' one sheet it would be a paper goldmine.
