Featured Trump leading the charge in revolutionary war by Laurent Dareau ?

Found this at my favorite thrift store & laughed (if you're a trump fan, I apologize) and had to buy it - I believe the signature is by french artist Laurent Dareau, but I can't find another example - can anyone give me any information on this, please?

It's not a horrible painting, but I wouldn't give it house room. I'd keep seeing other flags in place of the American ones.
