Age of pottery jug- help please

    This is likely an antique glazed redware jug, possibly dating to the early to mid-19th century. Similar items found in auctions have been identified as Chinese amber glaze earthenware pottery jars from the Tang Dynasty or American/European redware jugs.

    It’s about 11cm wide in the centre and stands 15cm tall. Personally I thought it might be antique but wasn’t completely sure. Thanks for any help.

    Or a jug or flask possibly American from the early 19th century? Anyway I don’t know. Please let me know what you think.

    Sorry, I got nuttin'. It does look like some sort of utilitarian ware, so could be really old, or not all that old. Interesting neck and top shape.
