What is this Stoneleigh Court piece?

    This came with an auction lot. I don't usually buy silverplate or silver so I don't know what this is.

    Searches came up with a larger version that was called a souffle dish.

    Any help is appreciated. I apologize for the unfocused pic. I'm not good with a phone camera.

    Can we see the bottom? Where the marks are/n't?

    Ramekin holder?
    (The silver/plate ones generally had a porcelain liner.)

    It's marked Wallace & Sons, Silver Soldered, and 0318.

    The numbers are supposed to be for hotel ware.
